Tarifa in southern Spain is the southernmost point of Europe. Thousands of migrants who illegally cross the strait between Morocco and Spain by boat are changing a landscape and its inhabitants. From a European perspective, the film shows people from Tarifa whose everyday lives are marked by a steady stream of refugees in search of a future in Europe.
