Brian Wilson wrote hits like "Good Vibrations" and "Wouldn't it be Nice" for the Beach Boys. In the 1960s, thanks to Wilson's genius, the band was among the most successful in the world, but he collapsed under pressure and succumbed to drugs. At the beginning of the 1990s we meet him again, mentally and physically at the end, controlled by his guardian. But just then the human wreck meets a car saleswoman.
