Oscar lives with his sister Linda in Tokyo. Due to the tragic death of their parents, they vowed years ago to stay together forever. But during a clash with the police, Oscar is hit by a bullet and seriously injured. In his death throes, he remembers the promise he made to Linda back then. He fights his way back into a limbo, where he watches over the city, its inhabitants and, of course, Linda in particular.
