Toni Faller could be a happy man. He has a wonderful wife who loves him, a lovely daughter, a house and a good life. However, Toni is suffering. He's pushing fifty, he's getting fat, and he keeps getting replaced in every way. More and more self-obsessed, Toni starts working out like a maniac at the gym, tangles with his new boss and tries out various new trend sports together with the firm's apprentice. Before long, his daughter is disappointed in him and his wife finds him unbearable.
