A car accident abruptly rips 21-year-old Elodie out of her everyday life. At the hospital she is diagnosed as paralyzed from the second lumbar vertebra downwards - a stroke of fate that Elodie and her family are initially unable to cope with. But it is Isabelle, a seasoned sports trainer, of all people who helps Elodie to establish herself in wheelchair sports and regain her courage to face life.
