Astérix: Le secret de la potion magique

The druid Miraculix worries about the future of the village and sets out together with Asterix and Obelix to find a successor to whom he can entrust the secret of the legendary magic potion. As Asterix and Obelix traverse Gaul in search of a worthy druid apprentice, the women must defend the village against the Roman soldiers on their own.
Nachdem Regisseur Astier mit «Astérix: Le Domaine des dieux» eine Vorlage von Uderzo adaptiert hatte, wollte er eine selbst ausgedachte Asterix-Geschichte verfilmen. Herausgekommen ist ein actiongeladener Animationsfilm nach dem Muster, aber ohne die politischen Anspielungen oder den feinen Hintersinn der Asterix-Klassiker.
Christa HaesliOn rit beaucoup dans cet « Astérix » en animation, à la fois très respectueux de l’esprit d’Uderzo et Goscinny et très marqué par l’humour malin d’Astier.
