Neeson verzieht während des Rachefeldzugs keine Miene – der Film selbst besticht durch makabren Witz. Regisseur Hans Petter Moland selbst drehte dieses Remake seines Films «Einer nach dem anderen» (damals mit Stellan Skarsgard in der Hauptrolle).
SZCe qui pourrait n’être qu’un film d’action de plus, avec Liam Neeson qui décanille du méchant à tour de bras, se révèle une excellente surprise.
