Carmen, a young Roma woman, will soon be married. Her patriarchal community outside Madrid is very attached to its ancestral traditions. But when Carmen meets Lola, who likes to spray graffiti rather than adapt to the conventions of the Roma community, Carmen's ideas about her future start to change.
