Léon comes from a wealthy background, but he detests consumer society. He works as a security guard and meets a group of Leninists who are trying to support the interests of crisis-ridden workers. Léon falls in love with Léa, the leader's girlfriend. His not entirely selfless material support for the would-be revolutionaries soon calls the police into action.
