An elderly Jewish couple is planning their summer vacation. She wants to travel to Israel and not to Switzerland - the country she rejected at the border. He refuses on the grounds that it is too hot in Israel and there are too many Arabs. He suffers a heart attack. The nurse who saves his life is a Palestinian.
