So is gsi
Madeleine Hirsiger, Ursula Bischof Scherer, Switzerland, 2024o
Over the past 80 years, the population of Switzerland's Alpine valleys has experienced major changes: from small fields, large vegetable gardens, large families, a few animals and hard work on steep slopes to the post-World War II boom, which ultimately made everyday life easier for everyone. Older people talk about their experiences in the 1940s and 1950s. What their everyday life was like. How their families and God influenced them. How hard the work and winters were, and how people got to know each other.
