The Borneo Case shows how Bruno Manser's ideas are developed and implemented in the 21st century. In the fight against deforestation, Lukas Straumann of the Bruno Manser Fund, Mutang Urud, former comrade-in-arms of Manser, and journalist Clare Rewcastle join forces. When investigating illegal logging on Borneo, they come across a global corruption network ranging from the Malaysian government elite to Swiss banks.
