After the Geneva police officer Alain Devegney became a victim of aggression in Africa, the former right-wing extremist becomes aware of the need for intercultural exchange. With the help of a young woman of Franco-Tunisian origin and a fellow policeman, Devegney lays the basis for a ground-breaking integration project. The aim is to put relations between the police and the foreign communities of Geneva on a new footing.
