What it's about Synopsis

While Queen Elizabeth has ruled England for decades, the actor William Shakespeare matures as if out of nowhere to become the most popular author, who can reflect human nature as well as the situation in the country in his plays like no other. Yet the actual author of the works is the Earl of Oxford - at the same time also the arch-enemy of Elizabeth's scheming advisor. But because of his high position, Oxford is not allowed to reveal himself as the author.
