Feltrinelli
Alessandro Rossetto, Italy, Switzerland, Germany, 2006o
"Feltrinelli" tells the story of the great Italian publishing house "La Feltrinelli". The starting point is Giangiacomo Feltrinelli (1926-1972), the offspring of a stone-rich Milanese entrepreneurial family, who with his publishing house, founded in 1954, landed world successes such as "Doctor Schiwago" and "Il gattopardo". In the sixties Feltrinelli was enthusiastic about the Latin American revolutions, supported the German student movement and went underground in 1969. With Feltrinelli's son Carlo, old friends of his father's are visited: publishers, intellectuals and well-known authors who tell of their experiences.
