A family from Mumbai opens an Indian restaurant in the south of France, right next door to a well-known gourmet hotspot. The owner of the restaurant, a snobbish British woman, sees this as a declaration of war. But she hasn't reckoned with the stubbornness of the Indian patriarch. His son, however, is pursuing very different interests.
