Om Prakash Agarwal works as an RTO official in Bhopal. His young son and he are avid fans of Bollywood star Vijay Kumar. By a happy coincidence, the actor travels to their hometown for a film shoot. Soon, Om Prakash is tasked at work with issuing the movie star a driver's license, which he needs for his new film. Looking forward to meeting Vijay, Om Prakash hopes to take a selfie together.
