A filmmaker, a photographer and two surfers set off for Russia in February 2022 to search for new waves on the frozen, unexplored coast. The four Australians are traveling to the Kamchatka Peninsula. With its more than 150 volcanoes, it is as rugged as it is unique. During their trip, Putin invades Ukraine. Cell phones and credit cards no longer work, but after two years of preparation, the four Aussies don't want to give up: they fight their way to the Pacific coast at - 20 degrees. The reward for their courage: the best waves ever surfed in Siberia.
