The long-forgotten works of New York poet Ed Saxberger captivate an eccentric group of young creatives and rekindle his artistic passion. This mutual fascination is also due in part to the enchanting charisma of actress Gloria, who is set to perform Saxberger’s new work.

After a jewelry heist, a father and son are on the run from the police. They find refuge in a coach full of people with disabilities who are on their way to a holiday camp in the Alpine foothills with their carer. Without further ado, they pretend to be a missing fellow passenger and his carer.

A normal working day on the construction site. Thomas, a 40-year-old crane operator, receives a phone call from his wife Carla asking him to pick her up from hospital. When he arrives, he finds her in tears and learns that she has been in a car accident. Carla tells him about her dance partner David, with whom she had been going to view a house in the countryside and who was killed in the accident. She tries to tell her husband everything openly and honestly, but Thomas becomes increasingly withdrawn. They don’t understand each other.

When a drought threatens their meadow, the clumsy ants Arnie and Barney set off on an adventurous quest to find the missing water. Following the trail of a secret water-smuggling ring, they stumble through a series of ludicrous mishaps, but with the help of a mysterious superhero mosquito, they become the most unusual heroes in their world.

A man gets lost in an underground passage. He follows the "guide" through the passage, but one after another, strange things happen to him. Is this space real? Or an illusion? Will the man be able to escape the passage?

Countless car breakdowns, an accident, an unplanned pregnancy and a spell in an African prison shape the journey. What began as an adventure in search of freedom becomes an existential experience of perseverance, trust and courage.

From the Atlantic to the Black Sea, old friends Mathias and Philippe set off on the journey that Mathias’s son had undertaken before his tragic death, travelling by bicycle and accompanied by a dog. The two men embark on the venture with warmth and a sense of humour.
